Audit Manager (Finance)

The Audit Manager (Finance) role involves overseeing and managing client audits, leading and coaching audit teams, ensuring compliance with professional and ethical standards, handling tax matters, and delivering accurate financial reporting under tight deadlines. The successful candidate must be flexible and willing to travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries and backgrounds.
• Lead, coach, and supervise audit teams, ensuring audit work covers all material and high-risk areas without compromising quality.
• Conduct client exit meetings, finalize financial statements, and submit tax returns on time.
• Handle client tax matters and liaise with the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA).
• Maintain professional, ethical, and independent standards in all client engagements.
• Deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines and under pressure.

Key Qualifications

• Must have a relevant bachelor’s degree in Finance or any other related field with CPAK qualification.
• Proficient in using financial software and tools.
• Must possess integrity and strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
