Nexus Staffing Solutions is hiring an Assistant Accountant on behalf of our client to support financial and accounting operations within a fast-paced business environment. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to grow within the accounting profession.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of financial records and reports
Maintain accurate accounting entries and documentation
Support accounts payable and receivable functions
Reconcile accounts and bank statements
Assist in statutory and tax compliance processes
Support daily finance and administrative operations
Ensure proper filing and record keeping
Requirements & Qualifications
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum CPA Part I qualification
Minimum experience acceptable (1 - 5 years preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting systems
Good analytical and organizational skills
High level of integrity and attention to detail
