About the Role
Our client, a construction firm, is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Architect to lead projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will combine innovative design thinking with strong technical expertise and project coordination skills to deliver high-quality architectural and interior design solutions.
The Opportunity
The Project Lead Architect will lead projects from concept through delivery, with full visibility across design, client engagement, and construction execution. The work demands both creative strength and technical authority, particularly in high-spec environments where detail, finish, and client expectations are uncompromising.
Key Responsibilities
Develop creative architectural and interior design concepts by translating client requirements into layouts, sketches, mood boards, and 3D visuals.
Prepare detailed drawings, construction documents, and schedules while ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and company standards.
Engage clients to understand their needs, budgets, and timelines, and provide professional advice and clear design briefs.
Coordinate and manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment between design and construction, and adherence to budgets and timelines.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality of work, and resolve design-related issues.
Oversee project handover by confirming final delivery meets expectations, preparing as-built drawings, and addressing post-completion issues.

Proven experience delivering high-end residential or commercial projects from concept to completion.
Understanding that good design is only as strong as its execution on site.
Comfortable being accountable for both creative and technical outcomes.
Ability to engage discerning clients and hold your ground when necessary.
Sharp eye for detail, materials, finishes, and spatial quality.
Operate with structure, discipline, and strong follow-through.
Baseline Expectations
Strong portfolio demonstrating built work, not just concepts.
Solid grasp of construction methods, detailing, and regulatory compliance.
Ability to manage multiple projects without losing depth or quality.
High-level communication and presentation skills.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
Minimum 4 years’ experience in architecture and interior design projects.
Experience in design-build environments is an added advantage.
Professional registration or membership is a plus.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, and 3D rendering tools.
Strong knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
