Agricultural Sales Manager

Complex Food Agro Limited is very proud of its professional team, which brings together experts in the field of agriculture and ecology. The company's specialists provide a high level of customer support at every step - from choice of bio-organic fertilizers and plant protection products to quality control of products grown on their basis. This is a Full-Time, Hybrid role for an Agricultural Sales Manager who will be responsible for promoting and selling Complex Food Agro Limited’s bio-inputs across Kenya’s main flower and tea farming regions.

Role Overview

The primary objective of this role is to drive sales and market penetration for the ECORIC biofungicide and biofertilizer brand, selling directly to farmers, particularly those operating flower farms and tea plantations.

Responsibilities

• Promote and grow the ECORIC biofungicide and biofertilizer brand in Kenya.
• Sell bio-inputs directly to farmers, focusing on flower farms and tea plantations.
• Travel regularly to farms for product demonstrations, consultations, and sales.
• Plan and execute targeted marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Work with our international team to expand the reach of ECORIC products.
• Collect feedback from farmers and distributors to improve service and strategy.
• Provide daily and weekly reports on sales activities.

Requirements & Skills

• Proven sales experience is mandatory (minimum 1 year).
• A background in agricultural sales (flowers, tea, or related crops) is a strong advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• An understanding of crop protection and fertilizer products is a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively to farms across Kenya.
• Requires a high level of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Strong interest in agricultural products and bio-inputs.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready for frequent fieldwork.
• Basic computer literacy (emails, reporting, MS Office).

Target Regions

We are looking for candidates based in or familiar with the main flower and tea farming regions of Kenya, including: Nairobi, Kiambu, Uasin Gishu, Trans Nzoia, Kericho, Nyandarua, Laikipia, Thika, Nanyuki, Kajiado, Kwale, Kilifi, Lamu, Siaya, Migori, Homa Bay, Busia, Bungoma, West Pokot, Taita-Taveta, Makueni, Narok, Migori, Kisii, Baringo, and Kakamega.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed salary of KSh 30,000 - KSh 50,000/month plus 5% commission on personal sales.
• A 1-month testing period followed by a 3-month probation period.
