Aftersales Officer

Moja EV Kenya is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Aftersales Officer to lead and support its after-sales department, focusing specifically on the electric vehicle (EV) ecosystem.

This role is critical for overseeing all post-sale customer interactions, ensuring high client satisfaction through effective service, maintenance coordination, spare parts management, and continuous customer support. The Aftersales Officer plays a vital part in building long-term customer relationships and driving brand loyalty, supporting the overall performance of MojaEV's electric vehicle business.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in an aftersales, customer service, or workshop coordination role. Automotive experience is considered a significant advantage.
