We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Ads Manager to plan, execute, and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality traffic, scaling profitable campaigns, and improving our online conversions and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Plan and run paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
Structure & Budgeting: Create and manage campaign structures, audiences, and budgets. Launch targeted product campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers.
Optimization & Scaling: Retarget website visitors and abandoned carts. Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability. Monitor daily ad performance to optimize campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting: Analyze key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates. Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports. Conduct competitor and market analysis.
Creative Collaboration: Test different creatives, copy, and audience variations. Work closely with content creators, graphic designers, and videographers to guide them on high-performing ad creatives and suggest viral and conversion-focused campaign ideas.
Traffic & Conversion: Drive traffic to the website, WhatsApp, physical stores, and online marketplaces. Improve online conversions and customer acquisition.
Technical Setup: Assist in setting up and troubleshooting tracking systems, including Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Analytics, and TikTok Pixel.
