Role Overview
Infotrak Research and Consulting is seeking a qualified, proactive, and motivated Accounts and Administration Assistant. This role is based in Nairobi and is suitable for someone who can seamlessly manage accounting procedures and office administrative tasks in a fast-paced research firm environment.
Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years’ relevant work experience in accounting and administrative roles.
Working knowledge and practical experience using QuickBooks accounting software.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Must be currently residing in Nairobi.
Must be available to commence employment immediately.
